OpenMark is being decommissioned for mid-2025

Over the last decade, The Open University has been developing Moodle Quiz to be as powerful and as flexible as OpenMark. We achieved the required functionality in 2024, and have been moving all of our modules to Moodle Quiz over the last few years. We are therefore no longer developing OpenMark, If anyone would like to take the project on, we are happy to transfer the GitHub ownership.
